Hand-operated well pump

It mainly consists of a handle, a shaft rod, gears, a pump barrel, a filter screen, and other components. The handle serves as the operating part; cranking the handle drives the shaft rod to rotate, and the gears on the shaft rod transmit power to the pump head of the pump barrel, driving the piston inside the pump head to perform reciprocating motion. The filter screen is used to filter impurities in the water.
Working Principle
When the handle is cranked, the shaft rod rotates, and the gear transmission causes the piston to move back and forth. When the piston moves to the left, the volume of the pump cylinder expands to form a vacuum, and water is drawn from the suction pipe through the suction flow channel, pushing open the suction valve and entering the cylinder. When the piston moves to the right, the water on the left side of the cylinder is compressed, pushing open the discharge valve, and the water is discharged through the discharge pipe. This reciprocating cycle continues to pump water.
